Provide pre-sales consultancy and post-sales implementation services on SAP Business One for manufacturing & distribution SMEs. Candidate should have executed at least five SAP B1 projects, and have strong knowledge of business processes, legal & fiscal compliance.

Location: Mumbai / Pune • Customer-facing • SLA driven
Manage Support & Helpdesk for SAP B1 customers, ensure log closure within SLAs, provide upgrades and manage AMC renewals. Certification in SAP B1 is preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.
